We couldn't be happier with our new Snowmen Cordial Cherry design. This beautiful version of our Snowmen Cordial Cherries boasts a two-tiered, hand-sculpted piece, standing approximately 2 inches tall. Our talented chocolate confectionery artists delicately paint every tiny hat and sweet little scarf with patience and incredible attention to detail. These adorable chocolate confections make excellent client gifts, teacher gifts, and family gifts for the holidays and, with their 3-month shelf-life, can be given several months prior to consuming.

We'll be sampling an array of cordial cherries and chocolates and pairing them with the world-renowned Boisset line of fine wines. Author and Greek chef, Stephanie Patsalis, will be sharing some of her delectable Greek hors d'oeuvres from her book.

We had a delicious evening....Beansmith's Nightingale, a rich, dark roast, was paired perfectly with our dark chocolate marzipan, white chocolate cappuccino truffles, and our traditional French truffles. Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti compliments of Black Bottom Biscotti was perfect dunking partner for the featured coffee and Ale-infused Marshmallows by Carried Away Confections topped the evening with light and airy puffs of heaven. The entire event was sweetened with beautiful friends...new and old.
