Honestly, I’ve never taken probiotics before. These were easy to remember, because I looked forward to the amazing taste every morning. After the first week, I noticed that I was sleeping much deeper, and waking up feeling like I could conquer my day, opposed to just getting through it. Due to getting amazing sleep at night, I noticed an increase in my energy levels. My work requires me to remember and recall a lot of information. After the second week, I noticed that I was able to recall things quicker. It didn’t feel like my mind was all over the place anymore. I was able to clearly focus on the task at hand, while easily recalling what was needed in a much more calm way.

Ele chocolate probiotic bites are a treat to eat. At first I was worried about my dairy allergy when I got some gas's and bloating. I continued taking the probiotics and those symptoms have disappeared. My tolerance for dairy has improved a lot. My spider veins seam to be going away and I don't know if that is a sign of better metabolism but it has been a concern for several years. they are wonderful and I'm recommending them to family and friends. They are the only chocolate ones I've seen, so much better than gummies!

I was excited to see a product like this made with chocolate. It’s easy to eat, tastes delicious and really curbs any sweet cravings at night. I no longer have that dreaded bloat that seems to be so difficult to get rid of. I really like this product and will definitely be ordering. I take one daily at night about an hour after dinner.

I tried my first bottle about a month and a half ago. I’ve tried other probiotics in the past with gut health issues I’ve experienced.
