We make all of our cordial cherries and truffles completely by hand and do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. However, during the month of December it can take up to 4 business days to ship your order.
Please be advised that UPS has warned us of potential delays in delivery, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery window and your order may arrive significantly later than you might normally expect and we cannot refund orders that arrive late.
Due to the temperature sensitivity of chocolate, we will only ship when the 5 day forecast of your destination city is 70 degrees or below via UPS Ground. If temperatures exceed 70 degrees, we may cancel your order and recommend ordering when temperatures cool down. If temperatures are greater than 70 degrees, please select the Next Day Air shipping option to increase the likelihood of your chocolates arriving safely.
The Cordial Cherry is not able to guarantee the condition your chocolates may arrive in due to high temperatures.
When we ship our cordial cherries, we remove the stems for safer travel. The stems are left intact for many of the cordial cherries available in our store. As such, depending on where you purchase your cordial cherries, they might look slightly different than pictured on our website.
Because our chocolates are made from scratch and hand decorated, please allow up to two shop days for the production of your order. Unless otherwise requested, we try our best to ship your order within 2 business days (and up to 4 business days in December) with UPS Ground Mail and usually arrive 2 - 3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation, however, we cannot guarantee a delivery day. Please understand that we cannot be responsible if your order arrives significantly later than you expected.
All products are prepared using machines that may have come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy, or tree nuts.
