Over the years, I've created more than 150 different designs for our sweet little cordial cherries, including giraffes, turtles, music notes, toy trains, the list goes on and on. But, just the other day, we were asked to create the iconic rainbow peacock for NBC! I especially enjoyed this design, because I was able to incorporate sugar as an art medium. Each of the feathers is made with hot sugar and pulled by hand. The peacock's delicate head is sculpted out of rolled fondant prior to enrobing the whole cordial cherry in white chocolate.
